Organizing training and capacity development programmes for EHRC staff, CSOs, NEBE
Organizing conference, consultation workshops for public awareness on women's participation and representation. Following up production and printing of targeted advocacy materials to promote women’s political rights, gender responsive election processes and protect women from VAWE.
Facilitating training on Leadership and Empowerment.
Facilitate preparation of a comprehensive document on lessons learnt and best practice sharing.
Following up activities and monitoring the overall progress of the gender and advocacy work, see to the successful implementation of the project and compile reports
Preparing project progress quarterly and annual reports. tracking and monitoring tools

was later replicated to other six universities in Ethiopia.
